SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping Cost and Delivery Time

We ship all orders from Miami, Florida Monday through Friday. We attempt to ship with 1-2 business days (Monday – Friday) of the purchase date. Only delivery to the United States, no International sales.

Options: Free for purchases over $50.00 Delivery estimate 5-7 days
USPS Priority $9.95 Delivery estimate 3 days 

 

We hand pack and inspect each sale before shipping. Gems & You will then ship so that your purchase will arrive safely to you. In the event that your purchase is lost, or stolen or damaged in transit, Gems & You does not assume any responsibility for it. All claims must be made through the carrier your purchase was shipped with.

Insured Shipping

We have partnered with Route! Route is a shipping insurance company that charges you 1% of your total order value to protect your package from theft, loss or damage. You can choose to purchase Route in your cart, right above checkout. The Company, Gems & You, LLC has no responsibility for theft, loss or damage once shipped to the purchaser.

RETURN POLICY

We want you to enjoy your jewelry purchase as much as we do. We offer full refunds for purchases returned within 14 days of receipt. All returns must not be worn or damaged, and must be in original packaging. Final Sale purchases are not eligible for refund or return.

If our quality control team deems that the returned item is worn, damaged, mishandled or otherwise not new, we cannot process your return. If this happens, we will send you an email advising you, the purchaser of this.

Please complete and download the return slip, include a copy along with a copy of your invoice in your return package. We recommend that you return using an insured trackable shipping source. Cost of return is not covered by Gems & You and remains the purchaser’s responsibility. Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item. Please allow 2-4 business days to process your return.
